South Street’s real estate Investment and Asset Management team is looking for two new Associates. This position will assist in assessing real estate investments for our opportunistic real estate funds, including the acquisition and development of for-sale residential homes and condominiums, hotels, resorts, private clubs, multifamily, retail, office, industrial and special situations within other property sectors throughout target markets in the US. The Associate will be the point person on underwriting and financially analyzing each opportunity, as well as performing property and market due diligence.?The Associate will also take a hands-on role in the asset management and sale of the funds’ investments. We are seeking someone who will immediately deploy technical skills and experience to produce underwriting, provide asset analysis, and oversee asset/project management but who would also have an interest in independently sourcing new deals via their own network over time.
