Texan Title Welcomes Steve Sapio! Patrick F. Doyle, President, is pleased to announce that Steve Sapio has joined Texan Title as Senior Vice President Commercial Division! Steve is an experienced and skilled professional in the title insurance industry, with a strong foundation in title examination. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in examining various types of files, specializing in complex commercial transactions. His knowledge extends beyond examination, as he has also managed title plants, overseeing the flow of work and training other examiners. Throughout his career, Steve has had significant interaction with underwriting counsel, learning the intricacies of underwriting within the title insurance business. This has enhanced his role as a title officer, where he provides support to title examiners, Escrow Officers, and customers, resolving issues and offering valuable assistance in title matters. Steve holds a Paralegal degree from Southwest Paralegal Institute, which has further strengthened his understanding of legal aspects related to title insurance. His hands-on involvement in transactions, including researching and solving title problems, responding to objection letters, and collaborating with underwriting on various issues, reflects his dedication to providing comprehensive support. Steve serves on the Education Committee for the Texas Land Title Institute to ensure the future title examiners are equipped with the knowledge and skills for years to come. Additionally, Steve's passion for business development has led him to collaborate closely with Escrow Officers to grow and service title insurance business. His background in title examination and management enables him to bring a high level of expertise directly to customers, enhancing the overall title insurance experience.
