As someone who didn't have a father growing up and is doing his best to be a great dad, this is an important cause to me. Check out the video below! #Followership ?? Not enough credit is given to ?? "followership" ?????? Leaders can direct and motivate but they can't do everything. Team has to own their role. ?? I salute our team for followership and owning their role in 2024. ?? Each staff member met performance goals by August ????♂?Each staff member achieved a first in career milestone. ???? Each member participated in at least two community service projects including helping other nonprofits achieve their missions. ???? Each member set challenging goals for 2025. ?? As a result, we achieved double digit growth in dads served for the last 3 years (51, 51, 31%) and improved our processes and program quality on a flat budget. ?? 90% of our funds go directly to program expenses. ????♂?We are off to a good pace for 2025.
