The South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston (SABA GB) proudly held its 2024 Annual Gala and Awards Dinner on October 5th, an event that marked a highlight of a year filled with meaningful programs and initiatives. Under the exceptional leadership of our Co-Presidents, Rashi Mangalick, Esq. and Kieran Johal, SABA GB hosted a variety of engaging events, including insightful panels, fireside chats, networking opportunities, and our highly regarded mentorship program, all of which culminated in the success of this year’s Gala. These accomplishments would not have been possible without the dedication and vision of our Co-Presidents and the tireless efforts of our board members. Varghese, Partner at WilmerHale, deliver an inspiring keynote address, with a thought-provoking discussion moderated by SABA GB Clerk and Counsel at Wolf Greenfield, Anant Saraswat. We were also privileged to have Keerthi Sugumaran, Partner at Jackson Lewis P.C. and President of South Asian Bar Association (SABA) of North America, deliver opening remarks discussing the impactful work and future plans of SABA North America. This year's distinguished honorees include: Mentor of the Year Award: Neil Patel, Senior Lead Counsel at Confluent Board Members of the Year Award: Tara Singh, Litigation Associate at Hinckley Allen, and Inaara Tajuddin, Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts General Member of the Year Award: Goulston & Storrs Public Interest Fellowship Recipient: Zainab Dossaji, J.D.
