Nearly 80% of Americans with significant disabilities can’t find jobs. SourceAmerica’s mission is to create employment opportunities and choices for this exceptional workforce so that they, too, can realize the American Dream. We connect customers to a national network of nonprofits who hire talented people with disabilities. Through this valuable network of nonprofits and their employees, we supply products and services that meet the strictest quality standards at a competitive price.

We connect our customers to products and services through a nationwide network of nonprofit agencies that hire a dedicated workforce ready to support high performance on every contract. In fact: - More than 75,000 people with disabilities are employed through the SourceAmerica nonprofit network. - There are nearly 700 NPAs in the SourceAmerica network. - We manufacture more than 500 different high-quality products.
