Mission driven strategic leader focused on connecting people and places
We are connecting more people to more places
Hundreds of thousands of people in the Puget Sound are riding Sound Transit trains and buses every day – 47 million people in 2017, to be exact. And, we’re funded to plan, design and build the largest transit system expansion in the nation. Just like any company, we hire a variety of professionals from accountants to real estate professionals, systems and electrical engineers and IT project managers, to architects and graphic designers.

Over the next three years, Link light rail will extend east between Seattle, Bellevue and downtown Redmond, north past Northgate all the way to Lynnwood, and south to Federal Way. Sounder commuter rail will also extend south with two new stations. Fast and reliable Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) will soon start operations around the region. Sound Transit needs creative people who are willing to work hard together to keep us, and the region, moving.
