    In the near-future, the best companies won’t just measure employee experience - they will sense it, understand it, and improve it in real time. Every company wants to understand employee experience. But let’s be honest - how many employees actually look forward to filling out yet another quarterly engagement survey? The truth is, by the time you collect, analyze, and act on survey data, the insights are already outdated. Employees don’t wait three months to feel disengaged.
