?? Last week, we hosted NurseHack4Health? Tech-A-Thon at HIMSS in partnership with our co-organizers Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft! Interdisciplinary teams made up of nurses, physicians, engineers, programmers, business leaders and more, tackled some of the biggest challenges in healthcare, pitching groundbreaking solutions that redefine patient care, streamline processes, and enhance communication. Here are just a few of the transformative ideas presented: ? Hologram-Based Patient Communication – Personalized, multilingual, and AI-assisted patient avatars to improve hospital communication, reduce clinician burden, and enhance patient education. ? Patient Connect – A customizable, AI-powered patient engagement system integrating biometrics and smart devices for secure, seamless care coordination. ? Med Connect – A centralized medication repository to prevent drug interactions, enhance patient safety, and improve provider collaboration. ? Predictive Discharge AI – An intelligent tool leveraging real-time data to optimize discharge planning, reduce hospital stays, and prevent readmissions. ?
