From the breathtaking Salesforce building overlooking Sydney Harbour to the indigenously inspired Medibank building in Melbourne, the venues themselves created an environment where people could relax, engage, and have some space to think. ?? To our brilliant speakers: thank you for sharing your wisdom and insights and fostering a culture of learning. ?? To our incredible partners: thank you for your unwavering support and your commitment to enabling thriving cultures. ?? To our amazing attendees: thank you for showing up, connecting, and sharing your energy with us. Wellbeing at Work isn’t just a conference—it’s a philosophy. It’s rooted in the belief that when we’re in collective harmony, when we’re in equilibrium, everything flows and cultures can truly thrive. Connection and community are at the heart of that, which is why these live events are so important. As we close the book on the 2024 Summits and this milestone 10th anniversary year, I’m filled with excitement about what will emerge from the many meaningful conversations that took place. Time will tell, but please know that our core Wellbeing at Work team—and our extended network—are here to support you all year round through our membership program, bespoke consultancy work, mini-events, and regional annual summits. Looking ahead to 2025, we’ve got three incredible APAC summits lined up: 1. Wellbeing at Work World Asia: Taking place at KPMG Singapore over two days in March. 2. Wellbeing at Work World India: Coming to Mumbai and Bangalore in April. 3. Wellbeing at Work World Australia: Returning to both Sydney and Melbourne in November, where we’ll take things to an entirely new level. But for now, I’m off to recharge with a 10-day meditation retreat in India, finding my own equilibrium so I can return ready to serve you all in 2025. We called in the robots to help us with a team building event, and what happened surprised us. ?? Okay, okay… not robots, exactly. We used Snapsight AI to help us connect with audiences and tie together an experience of collaboration, technology, and innovation! So here’s how it went down: Snapsight considered the audience’s preferred genre, tempo, mood, and general “vibes” to create personalized music “instructions”. Once Snapsight organized all the data, SongDivision musicians brought it to life. The result? An AI-supported musical event the audience LOVED. Have you met our Founder and CEO, Andy Sharpe? In 2004, Andy Sharpe founded SongDivision, inspired by his belief that music elevates life, business, and events. With a background in songwriting and performing, including a record deal with AC/DC’s label, he honed his musical career before transitioning to IBM’s Global Financing division and earning an MBA. During this time, he continued to work as a professional songwriter, contributing to advertising campaigns and collaborating with top Australian artists. After leading songwriting workshops for Indigenous teenagers, he recognized music’s powerful impact on events and now helps major brands communicate powerful messages and build culture through SongDivision’s innovative music-driven experiences. Andy and his wife Marsha Fahir live in Maui with their daughter Coco.
