SoNE HEALTH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team! This role focuses on providing clinical administrative support to the Provider and their team. The LPN will serve as the primary triage contact for practice staff and patients seeking medical assistance, handling tasks such as completing medical forms, managing medications, and processing authorizations under the Provider’s direction. Additionally, the LPN will occasionally engage in direct patient care, including intake, administering vaccinations, point-of-care testing, and in-office triage.
