Last week we finished our first Kaizen in Sonaca North America (Cottonwood Falls plant), with the opportunity to bring together a large part of the group that participated and adhered to the cultural change proposal initially! There was a lot of learning, shared knowledge and above all teamwork, which really generated great engagement from the Sonaca North America team! The first photo shows the completion of our Drilling Kaizen, in which the support of the entire production leadership was essential for us to achieve the planned objectives. The second photo shows the opening of our second Tool Mark Kaizen, in which we will have strong support from quality, logistics and production teams, to achieve the conditional goals! I would like to thank everyone who shared these moments with me.Frontline team, who made this journey happen: Jeff, Sondra, James, Chuck, Dillon, Rosarah, Pablo and Big James. And especially to Bruno Minatel, who created and acted constantly in the preparation, actions and management of the project, also Brandy Shepherd, Kevin Cahoone, Taylor Blount, Dustin Benteman, Ben Nelson and Marilee Brittain who are the support we need on our journeys. Sonaca North America Takes Flight at ASPSS 2023! ?? We're thrilled to share our experience at the Aerospace Special Processes Suppliers Summit, St. Louis 2023 (ASPSS). Representing Sonaca North America, our Commodity Manager Doug Durham, Business Unit Leader Gregory Dewil and Quality Manager Alicia Weber, engaged in two days of B2B meetings and enriching presentations. The event gave us a chance to expand our aerospace network and make meaningful connections. We also had the pleasure of meeting several local and state officials during a delightful evening at the Saint Louis Science Center. This summit played a key role in strengthening existing relationships and building new, significant ties for Sonaca North America.
