Jovenes Activos wrapped up their Summer Program with a celebration on Thursday July 11th, 2024! Throughout the summer, 50 youth learned the history, advocacy, and importance of registering to vote. They learned this through animation and podcasting workshops, and two awesome trips to our very own San Jose City Hall, and the Cartoon and art Museum in San Francisco! ?Jóvenes Activos concluyó su Programa de Verano con una celebración el jueves 11 de julio de 2024! Durante el verano, 50 jóvenes aprendieron sobre la historia, la defensa de derechos y la importancia de registrarse para votar. Aprendieron esto a través de talleres de animación y podcasting, y disfrutaron de dos increíbles excursiones a nuestro propio Ayuntamiento de San José y al Museo de Dibujos Animados y Arte en San Francisco!
