Congrats to SomeraRoad's #500W in Louisville and the Cushman & Wakefield team for winning the 2025 CoStar Impact Award for "Lease of the Year" for signing one of the largest office leases in the market since the pandemic. 500W signed a trophy 56,000 SF lease with the Louisville Metro Housing Authority (LMHA) across the sixth, seventh, and eighth floors of the 29-story downtown office tower. Revitalized and relaunched by SomeraRoad, 500W today offers a reimagined lobby, upgraded finishes, elevator upgrades, and a community amenity space on the fourth floor. The renovations have generated immediate interest from local businesses and have ultimately attracted numerous leading businesses back to the downtown core. The LMHA team moves into the building this May. We are proud to welcome automotive technology platform, VINCUE, to a new 15,000 SF trophy, penthouse office space in SomeraRoad's #lightwell office tower in downtown Kansas City. Vincue signed a 10-year lease for lightwell’s 29th and 30th floors in 2023 and just moved in following a 18-month buildout. Prior to SomeraRoad Inc. purchasing and reinvesting in lightwell in 2021, the 30th floor space had been unoccupied for more than 30 years.
