WickFab is an industrial process equipment metal fabrication company that specializes in designing, fabricating, and assembling equipment. In 1993, Joe Cochran, a young welder at WickFab, and his wife, Cheryl, were tasked by the owner with managing this growing business, which they successfully did. In 2016, Joe and Cheryl purchased the business, becoming fully invested in its success. Under Joe and Cheryl's ownership, WickFab expanded its client base across Northeast Indiana, the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Matt Hohman and Andrew Kipsey of our executive team, along with their wives Missy and Danielle, hosted guests from our South African affiliate Trident Steel, many of whom had never before seen more than a little snow. Snow activities were plenty, including snowmobiling, skiing, tubing and fat tire snow bike riding. They also experienced Midwest traditions such as making snow angels and getting snowed in.
