The beautiful Minnesota weather is resulting in awesome progress for this 130,000 new facility for Heritage Millwork Inc! Heritage Millwork approached us to assist with the aquisition of municipal owned property to build a new square foot facility. The company was relocated from a nearby community and wanted us to assist with financial packaging. We obtained approximately $1.4 million dollars, comprised of up-front TIF to cover the cost of the land, a $200,000 low interest loan and $10,000+ energy rebate. We worked closely with the business, city, bank and contractor to ensure a smooth and expedited process. Thank you to ALL involved that helped make this project come to fruition!
