Together with Complex NTWRK, we brought the San Francisco community together for "Please Explain" —?a live conversation on mental health featuring NBA Hall of Famer and nine-time All-Star, Gary “The Glove” Payton, alongside Complex’s Editor-in-Chief, Aria Hughes. The crowd listened intently as Payton shared why leaning on your inner circle and asking for help — on and off the court — is a game-changer. The Soluna app’s free, 1:1 mental health coaching provides a judgment-free place where 13-25 year olds in California can practice taking steps toward better mental wellbeing. We help our users through their biggest game – life – where mental health should always be in the starting lineup.
