We had the opportunity to collaborate with a well-known, top-selling fashion brand for kids, setting up their Shopify website for the Spring and Summer season. The launch was a success, until an unexpected twist occurred. Shortly after transferring store ownership to the client, Shopify flagged the site for potential fraud, putting it on hold for almost two weeks. Given Shopify’s automated support systems, navigating through this challenge was far from straightforward. With time of the essence and traditional support channels proving inefficient, we needed a creative solution. With our client’s approval, we initiated contact with the Shopify PLUS sales team, who offer phone support. Our aim was straightforward: to understand the reason behind the hold and seek a speedy resolution. The sales representative we connected with was incredibly helpful, quickly forwarding our case to the appropriate team. Miraculously, within 12 hours, the store was back online, ready to greet its customers once again.
