Two weeks into my new role with SOL Mental Health and here's what I've learned: 1) This team is DRIVEN to achieve our mission -- and I'm all about it. Across our markets (CO, NY, TX + DC, MD, VA), all hands are on deck to broaden our reach, improve the patient experience, and expand access to high-quality mental healthcare. 2) It starts from within, it starts with culture -- that's one aspect that differentiates us from a telehealth online solution or silo'd private practice. Our full-time, hybrid therapists, psychiatrists, leadership and administrative teams gather regularly, working side-by-side to collaborate on patient care. 3) Our clinical model shows results, targeting the triple aim in healthcare and providing treatment that truly moves the dial (have you seen our PHQ-9 scores?). We provide a white-glove service to providers and health systems to expand access (scheduling patients within 24-48 hours), provide top-notch reporting capabilities, and offer a streamlined referral system that helps close gaps.
