We talked with project managers, steering committees, sponsors, and change management experts.?We spoke with business leaders from a variety of industries, including professionals in IT, finance, supply chain, human resources and operations. Some had led multiple projects, some only one or two.?Some had certifications and structured methodologies, and others only their past work experience.
