We talked with project managers, steering committees, sponsors, and change management experts.?We spoke with business leaders from a variety of industries, including professionals in IT, finance, supply chain, human resources and operations. Some had led multiple projects, some only one or two.?Some had certifications and structured methodologies, and others only their past work experience. No matter who we spoke to, there was remarkable consistency with what they shared.?And we’ve put these together into 5 lessons that leaders should apply to improve the odds of success of their major change initiatives.?
