Senator Catherine Cortez Masto has been an incredible champion on #manufacturedhomes and supporting homeowners in these communities all across the country to make desperately needed infrastructure repairs. Hoping others join her in supporting S.3264 to permanently authorize PRICE.
U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (Nev.) talked about bipartisan efforts to permanently authorize PRICE during a Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee hearing today (check it out at about 1:40:30). She encouraged other members to support her legislation (S.3264). She stressed the importance of “ensuring the needs of manufactured home owners are included when we’re talking about housing.” Our thanks to @Sen. Cortez Masto, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), who testified today, and the hundreds of national stakeholders representing thousands of local organizations?who continue to support fully funding and permanently authorizing the PRICE program, which provides funding for critical infrastructure upgrades in Resident Owned Communities, ensuring basic health and safety measures most of us take for granted. #bettertogether #manufacturedhousing #coops
