Meet Aniqua Trice Aniqua recently joined Solidago as the Regional Vice President of Affordable Operations overseeing our Austin and San Antonio properties. Aniqua’s professional experience includes 19 years in property management with a focus on training and development of team members that has resulted in consistent promotions and outstanding performance metrics. She began her property management career as a Leasing Associate and worked her way up through various positions including Community Manager, Sales Training Manager, Portfolio Manager and Regional Manager. Her ability to understand and foster personal as well as professional development, engage in conflict resolution amongst a diverse workforce and an ability to motivate peers and associates has led to multiple recognitions and commendations. Her passion for encouraging and helping people in any capacity coupled with her positive attitude, unparalleled work ethic, drive for success and desire to make a difference has been the key to her success. Meet Darrell Johnson Darrell started working for Solidago in 2023 as the Director of Facilities where he oversees all the maintenance operations for Solidago. Darrell enjoys helping to provide a quality place to live for our residents, and he likes the challenges and the growth process that the company is currently undergoing. “We will one day look back on this time and will not believe what we accomplished and say we did it,” said Darrell. “It is fun for me to sit back and watch us figure things out. We have a lot of smart and talented people that work here, and they all want the same thing, to grow Solidago.” Darrell has been in the business for 30 years. He started as a groundkeeper and worked his way up. Darrell has worked for several management companies through the years and held various positions. Prior to working at Solidago, he was the Director of Facilities at the NRP Group, where he oversaw maintenance operations. #TeamSolidago
