An owner of a multi-brand mid-luxury fashion shop with a showroom in a premium Central London location approached us to develop a strategy for her shop relaunch as she was moving neighbourhoods seeking business growth ??????? Here is a step-by-step on how we approached the challenge ?? We started by assessing how the brand is represented across all of its touchpoints and whether, together, they formed a smooth customer journey leading to a purchase. Our analysis identified several problems stalling growth: ?? lack of clarity in positioning and USPs ???lack of consistency and coherence in its visual presentation across all touch points both digital (website and social media) and physical (the shop and its window). ?? no connection between the brand’s digital assets and its brick-and-mortar shop ?? no customer data collected and analysed from the digital assets to form actionable insights for development and growth. Case study spotlight: website development for a boutique hotel ? Our client Waldhotel Fletschhorn, a boutique alpine hotel which recently reopened under new ownership, was interested in boosting bookings ahead of the high season. We worked on the hotel’s long-term marketing strategy while implementing the short-term lead generation campaign for the ski season. One of the key components of our marketing work was the new website poised to become the core of the newly created marketing ecosystem of the property. See what we did ??

For our client, a luxury hotel in the Alps, the brand workshop fleshed out its value proposition and unique selling points (USPs). Now that we had defined the core positioning of the property we needed fresh visual assets reflecting the USPs across the media platforms and outreach channels ???? We produced and conducted two photo and video shoots - winter and summer - to support our seasonal campaigns. The shoots were produced by our in-house team remotely as we time scheduled the shooting process, collected references and defined the props required. We also worked with the hotel’s staff to prepare them for the shoot by giving them instructions on the attire and scripts for the short clips which we filmed to create some video content and bring the hotel’s unique atmosphere to life. We work with talented photographers and videographers who travel to our client destinations to create the most beautiful brand assets which can be used across social media, website, leaflets, merchandise, and in ad campaigns.
