The SDR06200S.22 is a 6 A, 30 ns hyperfast recovery rectifier that offers a higher voltage and lower leakage at 125°C compared to the 1N5811. The SDR04500 – SDR04600 deliver a higher current and lower leakage at 125°C compared to the 1N6627 - 1N6628. https://lnkd.in/gY8e3iq2 - The SFC80N200 is a new 2 kV SiC MOSFET developed to meet the high voltage requirements of a deep space program. It offers up to 80 A and a low RDS(on) of 21 mΩ typical. The customer needed the highest voltage rating available for the highest voltage derating possible, which helps to mitigate radiation effects. The SFC80N200 can deliver enhanced performance and optimize board space when replacing silicon MOSFETs at much lower voltages.
