    The Next-Gen Government IT: AI and Observability Insights Report by Market Connections reveals key data around the adoption of artificial intelligence in government IT. Produced in partnership with SolarWinds, the UK iteration of the report is based on a survey of 100 government IT decision-makers and influencers. It states that nearly a quarter (23%) report currently leveraging AI to automate tasks related to IT operations and observability, while two in ten have adopted generative AI to enhance these areas. However, findings suggest that challenges related to regulatory compliance and data security may hinder broader implementation.
