Thank you Dr. Taheri for your support and guidance!
Three years ago Eashan Gupta started the Solar Car Club at Virginia Tech and asked me to advise the team. Thanks to donations from our sponsors and long hours by the team members, this year the team finally competed in the Formula Sun Grand Prix event in Bowling Green Kentucky and placed 12 out of 24, leading both Stanford and UVA, two of the veteran teams with many years of experience. Congratulations to Team Solar at VT! Very proud of what you accomplished. #gohokies
