Last week, my team at Strayboots Team Building had the privilege of hosting a team-building event that went beyond just strengthening bonds - it was about making a real difference! ? Together with SolarBuddy, we helped assemble solar lights that will be donated to children living in energy poverty. These solar lights will give kids the opportunity to study after dark, opening doors to better education and brighter futures. SolarBuddy’s mission to provide solar lights to children in need is truly inspiring, and I’m proud that Strayboots could be part of such a meaningful cause. Team-building for a cause like this is a reminder of the power of collective effort. It’s about more than just the activity; it’s about the impact we create together. Grace à notre activité The Hour of Power en collaboration avec l’ONG SolarBuddy, nous avons avec nos clients et l'ensemble des partenaires mondiaux : - Impacté 338 398 vies? - Distribué 48 790 lampes solaires? - Couvert 24 pays, dont Lau (Fidji), le Zimbabwe, Ngukkur et Wuyagiba (Australie) ainsi que la Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée. Chaque lampe assemblée éclaire l'avenir des enfants et des familles en leur offrant un accès à une énergie propre et durable. Les lampes solaires permettent d’allonger les heures d’étude, d’améliorer la sécurité des foyers, de réduire les dépenses et de diminuer les émissions de CO? de 1,28?tonne par lampe sur 10?ans. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes et organisations qui ont participé à ce geste avec nous ! Votre engagement alimente le changement, une lumière à la fois. ?? WHAT A DAY - Salesforce employees across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland ???? combined to help build 500 SolarBuddy lights for EQ Fest. What impact does that have?? 500 lights given to 500 children living in energy poverty ?? Impacting the lives of over 2,500 people living in energy poverty ?? 640 tones of CO2 offset ?? Equivalent of planting 10,650 trees!! ?? 3.65 MILLION additional study hours created ?? 500 families will save the equivalent of 16 WEEKS worth of wages ???? ??
