DART Silver Line Regional Rail Project - Solaray Engineering has played a pivotal role in the DART Silver Line Project, spanning 26 miles through the Cotton Belt Corridor and serving various cities including Coppell, Carrollton, Addison, Dallas, Richardson, Plano, and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).?Solaray is providing the SUE, Utility Engineering, Coordination for the Franchise Utilities (93,000 LF of OH/UG Telecom, 14,000 LF of Electrical.?Provided 619,061 LF of Level B SUE and 573 THs) and Construction Inspection for AT&T. In addition, Solaray completed relocation design for utility owners including Oncor, Frontier, Level 3 for utilities that were in conflict with the proposed DART rail.? DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) continues to commend Solaray for their exceptional performance in managing utility work on the project, even awarding (from Archer Western) our SUE/Construction Field Crew for their outstanding commitment to safety.

I-30 Canyon (from I-35 East to US-75) #TxDOT Dallas District - Solaray Engineering has played a key role in Utility Engineering Design/ Relocation (including telecom/cable print design through ARAMIS), Utility Coordination, SUE and Utility Construction Management and Verification. Our team has worked closely with TxDOT, DWU (managing the design for the project), City of Dallas and coordinating utilities with 11 Utility Owners (including 22 Standard Agreements). This project has been a very complex, complete widening with many challenges, including very limited, constrained ROW. The summer heat came quick (along with these horrific storms) and our SUE team is out designating and potholing for the Dallas District and Sweetwater. We've received accolades from numerous clients and TxDOT Districts on our accuracy and efficiency on each project, avoiding dry holes as best as we can. Solaray Engineering has added a new service! We have leveled up our #SUE to now include #Survey. With several hundred SUE projects under our belt throughout the entire State of Texas, this service will add another avenue to utility verification.
