New Mexico’s largest private compost and soil company
关于我们
Founded in the South Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a bucket and a hose in 1996, Soilutions started as a regenerative compost company to help local farmers increase the soil vitality. We have grown to be New Mexico’s largest private compost and soil company; diverting millions of pounds of organic waste away from the landfill each year and providing quality compost, soils, and mulches to discerning homeowners, landscapers, contractors, gardeners, and farmers throughout the Land of Enchantment.

Did you know that wasted food is responsible for 58% of landfill methane emissions? By composting our food scraps and yard trimmings instead and using the compost produced, we can return those nutrients and carbon to the soil to improve soil quality, support plant growth and build resilience in our local ecosystems and communities. The U.S. Composting Council put together a "where to start" guide for businesses/organizations when considering landfill diversion for food waste. We receive and recycle organic waste from local grocers, food producers, landscapers, and property managers to support their sustainability initatives. https://lnkd.in/gJCasy_u

We are proud to be a part of New Mexico's sustainability economy! Our landfill diversion program has kept more than 60,000,000 lbs of organic material out of our landfill. We have been recycling those materials into high-quality compost, soils and mulches for use in our community since 1996. https://lnkd.in/gp4yE8Mb
