Softer Touch

Softer Touch is a student lead organization based on the Atlanta Campus of Georgia State University, and established in 2005. Since then, it has continued to serve as a sisterhood for women of color, as well as a safe space for members and non-members to be their most authentic self. Our focus is service and molding servant-leaders. We have a mentorship program,?Striving In Sisterhood,?that aims to empower high school students in the Atlanta Public Schools district while guiding them into the development of a stable academic pathway that will lead them to success in their collegiate and personal careers! Additionally, we complete community service in the metro Atlanta area, host events, and have sisterly outings! Each month we express our appreciation for the sister who has been the most active by gifting her with a surprise, as well as highlighting her on our Instagram and in our biweekly newsletter!
