What does Kareem Beaton have to say about it? “The Flex it option was a no-brainer for me! As a Retail Manager, Flex it allows me to work slightly longer shifts and, in return, enjoy an extra day off every other week. At first, it meant I could spend Sundays with my wife, which we really appreciated.     After an amazing week off with the family in wales ?????????????? last week I’m recharged and back to a busy week! Great kick off on the leaders development program, brilliant 24 hours connecting with the cohort and leaders of our business, great day 1, amazing cohort of talented people. Really broadening strategic session full of new learnings and reflections. Then earliest train ever ?? back to our support office to spend the day with my team and our amazing Store Managers setting up for the next qtr and my favourite bit celebrating the last one! #nothingfeelslikeajobinsofology Sofology

    National Love Your Pet Day feels like a pawfect opportunity to celebrate our Pawternity benefit here at Sofology, right?     On Wednesday we finally got the opportunity to say THANK YOU, in person to the amazing team at the Orrell Ward, Wigan Hospital (Royal Albert Edward Infirmary), who took the best care of our colleague and friend, George in his final weeks. It was even more special to be able to do it with George's lovely mum, Rachel. Huge well done to Customer Care and the wider Sofology team, who raised an incredible £4,200 for the ward, on the first ever 'George Adair Annual Hike'.
