This strategic acquisition allows us to further solidify our position as a leader in the recreational and youth soccer industry, enhancing our ability to provide unparalleled experiences to soccer enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. The addition of XL Soccer World's 9 facilities will significantly expand Sofive's presence (currently 13 centers), offering even more opportunities for players to enjoy the beautiful game. As part of the transaction, Sofive Soccer Centers will also acquire the XL Soccer Travel Clubs, including Orlando City Soccer School Lake Nona and FC America Florida.
