From AI hype to real results: allocate resources beyond just technology ?? In technology projects, we talk a lot about inclusion, but too often, it only means information packages and consultation sessions. What if employees were genuinely involved from the start? Our recent market study revealed that only 20% of companies gave employees a key role in technology projects – and only 20% saw significant productivity gains. Coincidence? We don’t think so. The lesson is clear: inclusion alone isn’t enough. True participation is the key to successful change. Recently we had four very close friends of ours for a visit – our partners Salesforce, ServiceNow, IBM and SAP joined us at our office house warming event to celebrate collaboration and a bright future together.??? We got to hear the latest developments in AI and our guests’ vision for it. One thing that they all agreed on was that the future of AI lies with AI agents. ?? Agents, agents, agents. We’ve all tried Chat GPT, asking questions and marvelling at how fast it is. The real benefit of AI and especially agents is in their ability to design and implement processes independently. An efficient AI agent is familiar with the company’s products and offering, scrolling through countless materials in a matter of minutes, if not seconds, coming up with a relevant suggestion for a resolution. But in the end AI is only as good as the tools and instructions it has at its disposal. ?? While the use of AI agents is clearly the way to the future it’s also important to remember to use them to generate value. Efficient use of AI tools can bring about significant savings, but it’s not just about savings – it's about value. So we need to work together with our new artificial colleagues to ensure the best experience for our customers, employees and our business.
