The A. O. Smith Corporation's Corporate Technology Center in Milwaukee has come through once again with an excellent training and tour for our Plumbers Local 75 Apprenticeship Program last week! Lead by Ryan Boggs and Bob Lanphear along with our own Peter Bibby and his teammates. The plumbers learned about the advantages of heat pumps, water heaters, and the new Adapt tankless water heaters. A little bit of history ... many years ago, when Chaz Norrgard, CPMR Norrgard (S&A company President) was just a youngster, Dale led him in his youth baseball team.
