Business Analytics student at Alfred University open to opportunities and possibilities
Last week, I had the honor of presenting my research on Ethical leadership and its impact on employee job satisfaction, a project that Nathan King and I have been developing over the past year. We presented our findings at the Society of North American Scholars (SNAS) Interdisciplinary Research Conference, where we had the opportunity to engage with professionals and PhD students from various fields. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the relevance and significance of our work. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Halil Zaim for his invaluable guidance and continuous encouragement, transforming what began as a class project into a fully developed research study. I also want to extend a special thank you to Dr. Ali Coskun for his unwavering support and for traveling to the conference to be there with us. It was a privilege to contribute to the ongoing conversation on the importance of ethical leadership.

Over the weekend I had to opportunity to present research on Ethical Leadership and its Effect on Job Satisfaction at the Society of North American Scholars (SNAS) Interdisciplinary Research Conference. This is a project that Yuliia Koreiba and I have been working on for the last year. We were honored to represent Alfred University and to represent the small group of undergrads presenting alongside the many PhD students. A huge thank you to Dr. Halil Zaim for supporting our research and making it possible. Another thank you to Dr. Ali Coskun for traveling all the way to support us and our research. It was a pleasure to present, and I look forward to more research in the future.
