Alec is both Senior Research Scientist and Director at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California. ? As a prominent figure in the people analytics space, Alec’s work has been featured in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Economist to name a few. Alec will bring his expert perspective to help guide SPA initiatives to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of people analytics.
