Today, I celebrate Heather Whiteman, Ph.D., a full-time professor who led #PeopleAnalytics teams at top-tier organizations. She is Vice-President of the Society for People Analytics, and I lean on her for guidance in my role as SPA's Education Officer. ? Heather has publicly released her passion project, a book on how to get started in people analytics - "Essential Skills for a Career in People Analytics: A Practical Guide to Skill Up & Thrive!"- online. Remarkably, Heather has made payment optional. She is donating all proceeds to the Society for People Analytics. ? Heather is starting a new live online event series - "Essential Skills Live: People Analytics Career Insights" - to support people in building the essential skills outlined in her book and growing their career.? ?
