When we started?Edgy Ideas, our goal was to create a space for deep dialogue to explore what it means to live a ‘good life’ and build a ‘good society’ in our disruptive age. Over the past 90 episodes, we’ve dived into human, organisational and societal dynamics bringing a psycho-social lens to the conversations. Our guests bring their expertise and experience to examine how social change, technology, and environmental challenges shape who we are, personally and collectively. We pay special attention to the unconscious forces that speak through us, shaping our desires and entrapping us in repetitive patterns. Through?Edgy Ideas, we aim to reinsert the human spirit, good faith, ethics, and beauty back into the picture—offering fresh perspectives and psycho-social insights along the way. Beim 13. Coaching Kongress für psychodynamisches Coaching in Kassel stand die widersprüchliche Sehnsucht nach Rückzug und Resonanz im Mittelpunkt. Unter dem Titel ?Die Sprache der Abwesenheit“ widmete sich die Veranstaltung zentralen Fragen rund um Absentismus, Commitment und Identifikation in Organisationen. Im Fokus standen die Widersprüche zwischen #Rückzug und #Resonanz sowie die Rolle von #IdentityLeadership als Instrument der Führung. #Absentismus, verstanden als mehr als blo?es Fernbleiben, wurde als komplexes Ph?nomen beleuchtet, das innere Kündigung, psychische Belastung oder ungel?ste Konflikte widerspiegelt. Demgegenüber standen überlegungen zu Commitment und Identifikation, die als entscheidende Faktoren für die Stabilit?t und Leistungsf?higkeit von Organisationen gelten – jedoch nicht erzwungen werden k?nnen. Wie kann Führung Zugeh?rigkeit erm?glichen, ohne Vereinnahmung zu riskieren? Ein besonderer Moment des Kongresses war die #SocialDreamingMatrix, die unter dem Eindruck des #Trump-#Selensky-Eklats stand, der am Vortag die Schlagzeilen beherrschte. Zahlreiche Tr?ume und Assoziationen kreisten um das Bedürfnis, sich von Krisen und latenten Bedrohungsszenarien des Weltgeschehens zu distanzieren. Der Wunsch nach Abstand und Rettung spiegelte sich in den geteilten Tr?umen und Asoziationen wider. Der Kongress machte deutlich, dass sich die Herausforderungen von Absentismus und organisationaler Identifikation nicht mit einfachen L?sungen begegnen lassen.
