An analysis of over 10 million UK job vacancies from 2018 to 2024 demonstrates a marked increase in the demand for specific AI skills, corresponding with a wage premium of 23%.? ? AI-related job postings are three times more likely to specify required skills compared to other sectors. Research also indicates that individuals with specialized AI skills can command a substantial wage premium.?
