Transformation Complete! Welcome to Eastpointe Commons! Checkout the successful transformation of Fulton Manor into the stunning Eastpointe Commons! Originally constructed in 1952, Fulton Manor has undergone an incredible metamorphosis, thanks to the vision and dedication of Hope Network, who acquired the campus in 2021. This amazing $40 million dollar project created a modern 118-unit apartment building, designed to provide a welcoming and vibrant community for residents. We at Sobie Company are proud to have played a key role in this transformation. Our team was responsible for framing, drywalling, drywall finishing, plaster repairs, and the installation of acoustical ceilings throughout the building. It has been an honor to contribute to such a significant and historic project that will positively impact the lives of many.

We are incredibly proud to honor the commitment and hard work of 20 of our dedicated employees who reached major service milestones in 2024! Studio Park Towers, officially opened 2 weeks ago! Standing as the 5th tallest building in Grand Rapids, this stunning development features a multitude of apartments and condos along with a fabulous amenity deck, gym, and golf simulator. Our team at Sobie Company handled various aspects, including wood blocking, metal framing, insulation, and over 700,000-sqft of drywall work. From K-13 acoustical spray ceilings to a range of flooring options like carpet, wood planks, and laminate vinyl tiles - we've covered it all! Every detail of Studio Park Towers reflects excellence.

Construction is officially underway for the new Portage Elementary School - Haverhill Elementary! Check out a glimpse of the amazing work happening on-site. A standout feature of this innovative design is the inclusion of flexible learning spaces.
