The Gable House Apartments in Torrance has completed asbestos abatement, demo, and rough grading for the parking structure. We have also begun geopiers for the parking structure and expect to complete them by the end of the month. Rough grading for the retail and residential slabs is expected to be completed at the end of the month. When complete, this five and seven-story mixed-use community will feature 218 luxury apartment homes ranging from studio to two-bedroom, best-in-class amenities including a sky deck with a swimming pool and spa lounge, and approximately 12,000 square feet of retail. The architecture draws inspiration from the post-modern gables of the former, iconic bowling alley. Happy Labor Day Weekend!

Construction is well underway at the future headquarters of Consumer Direct. The team is currently performing wall rough-in with the overhead ongoing. Wall and ceiling framing is 70% complete and they have begun one siding walls throughout. This project includes constructing new partitions and ceilings for the updated first and second-floor layouts. We'll also replace the exterior roll-up door, restrooms, interior stairs, roof-top mechanical units and relocate the existing roof hatch.
