We celebrate each day and invite our guests to do the same. Snooze believes in doing the responsible thing for people and the planet. We strive to divert as much waste as we can through our composting and recycling programs, as we're working to help create a better world for future generations. We work to be good neighbors and give back to the communities that we are so lucky to be part of. At Snooze, we believe in our mantra that it only takes a moment to make a difference. We can't do any of that, though, without great people! We invite you to join us - whether in Colorado, California, Arizona or Texas - and work in an environment where your individuality is encouraged, where sustainability is more than just a buzz word, and where FUN is one of our family values. Because we serve guests the most important meal of their day, OUR day starts at 5:30 am - so "morning people" are encouraged to apply. In honor of Veterans Day, we’re proud to spotlight Ayanna Moore, one of our compassionate Assistant General Managers at Snooze Left Bank. For nearly five years, Ayanna has shared her warmth and heart with her team, guests, and the Snooze community, creating meaningful connections every day! Veterans Day holds deep significance for Ayanna as both a Veteran and the proud mother of two sons currently serving in the United States Army. Each year, she commemorates the day by visiting the Veterans Cemetery, laying flowers to honor those who sacrificed for our freedom. For Ayanna, it’s a heartfelt reminder to honor and never forget the brave individuals who have served. She also embraces Veterans Day by supporting businesses that offer special discounts to Veterans. Beyond Snooze, Ayanna is making an incredible impact in her community. She serves on the board of a new nonprofit, Meals with Meaning, founded by a fellow Snoozer to make a difference in the lives of the unhoused in Fort Worth. What began as an effort to distribute 50 meals just a year ago has now grown to over 5,000 meals served! A huge thanks to Ayanna and the dedicated team working to fight hunger and provide hope. We’re grateful for your service, Ayanna —both to our country, to everyone at Snooze!

Let's give it up for Shakin' Bacon as we welcome her to the spotlight! Kristin Clark’s incredible journey with Snooze began seven years ago as a server. From day one, Kristin’s drive, dedication, and eagerness to learn propelled her forward and led her to the role of (Flex) Assistant General Manager. In this role, she mastered both the front and heart of the house, gaining a deep understanding of every position in the restaurant. Now, as Senior AGM, Kristin continues to blaze her path toward becoming a Snooze General Manager. Keep up the amazing work, Shakin' Bacon—your hard work is inspiring! Kristin shares what makes her proud to be part of the Snooze family: “We have a great message. I love that we can do things like surprise teachers with tacos on their first day back to school, just because, or find creative ways to always say 'yes' to our Guests.” Our Snooze mantra, ‘It only takes a moment to make a difference,’ drives us to go above and beyond, ensuring that everyone feels valued. That message is at the heart of everything we do. Guests are our true north and guiding light. Taking care of both our Guests and our Snoozers is our top priority. We actively encourage our team to embody this mantra every single day. “You never know what someone else is going through or how their day is unfolding, so even the smallest gesture can completely turn things around. I embrace the mantra by striving to be the best teammate I can be to everyone around me,” Kristin reflects.
