These two highway heroes came to the aid of a stranded family whose RV had experienced a blowout on I-73. The driver called around and ended up talking to Sean, Branch Manager at one of our N.C. locations, who promised to help. Then, Senior Service Technician John drove 150 miles to get to the RV and put on a new tire, after which he got a standing ovation from the family. In a note to us, the RV driver said, “We received more than just good service. We received ‘world class’ service and it was delivered with kindness and understanding.” Thanks, Sean and John, for going the extra mile for a customer!
