Volunteering with SneakerWeek was definitely a highlight of my summer. Everyone tied up their best footwear as we all came together to celebrate sneaker culture. There were some great speakers in the line up this year. My highlights: driving the Ford Bronco, getting a tour at Sherpa Designs, securing Open House locations and hosting a virtual Town Hall session, and of course working with the Sneaker Week team. The biggest takeaway from the speakers: follow your passion and take on challenges. I walked away from the event with a phone full of notes, more industry contacts in my pocket, 40+ hours of volunteer work, and a very full heart!

2024 marks the first year of the KIC-OFF Festival dedicated to sharing Knowledge, Innovation, and Culture. This 3-day festival is the launching pad of our week-long series of events. Over 30 speakers and sponsors helped grace the stage and elevate the sneaker community. We are truly grateful to be bridging the gap for future professionals, creators and collectors with such amazing partners. Thank You!
