Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies for community engagement on Discord, managing a team of moderators to ensure deliverables are met and objectives are achieved. - Monitor trends, gather feedback, and continuously refine strategies to optimize community health and engagement. - Interact actively with community members, answering questions, facilitating discussions, and ensuring a positive environment. - Plan and host events (e.g., AMAs, Spaces) to drive participation and community excitement. - Oversee moderation to maintain a respectful and safe community, ensuring adherence to guidelines. - Work with marketing and creative teams to produce and share content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging. - Collect and analyze community feedback, providing regular reports on sentiment, growth, and engagement. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to integrate community activities into broader company initiatives and explore potential partnerships. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum 2 years managing active online communities, with a focus on Discord and web3. - Strong understanding of NFTs, blockchain, and the digital asset space. - Exceptional written and verbal skills, able to inspire and engage a community. - Data-driven and strategic in community management. Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, and promoting a positive and interactive environment. Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to align strategies and ensure consistency in communication. Work with the creative team to develop short videos and other visual materials that are engaging and suitable for each social platform. Stay updated with the latest social media and Web3 trends, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities. Participate in planning and brainstorming meetings to develop new ideas and strategies for social media. Requirements:? Proven experience in social media management and digital content production, especially in the Web3 sector. Proficiency in X (Twitter). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and coherent content. Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports to guide strategic decisions. Creative thinking skills to develop new ideas and approaches for social media engagement. Competency to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Basic understanding of Web3 and cryptocurrency concepts, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes. Experience with social media management tools, video and image editing. Fluent in English. Nice to Have:?
