Beyond her primary responsibilities, Marta brings a wealth of knowledge across various production areas. Mauricio is a master of his craft, specializing in metal finishing at SMT—a process that many may not realize requires a level of artistry and precision that only a few possess. Over the years, Mauricio has honed his skills to an expert level, demonstrating a commitment to excellence that is truly inspiring. But his contributions extend far beyond his own work. Mauricio has generously shared his extensive knowledge and skills by training countless employees. The number of colleagues he has guided and mentored over the years is almost too numerous to count—a testament to his willingness to invest in others and help them succeed. Working as a metal finisher is no easy feat. It’s a job that demands working in a noisy, hot, and often dirty environment, all while wearing full protective gear throughout the day. Many employees find it challenging to last more than a year or two under such conditions. Yet, Mauricio’s grit and dedication have seen him excel in this role for over a decade and a half. His high standards of workmanship reflect a deep sense of integrity and pride in his craft. Today, Tom is at the helm of our Engineering and Estimating department, where he continues to drive innovation and efficiency.
