We are excited to announce the upcoming Heartland Regional Conference is in Greater Cincinnati in the Spring of 2026, and we are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our organizing committee as chairs or co-chairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape an impactful event, collaborate with a dedicated team, and contribute to the success of our regional conference. If you have strong organizational skills, a passion for event planning, and a desire to make a difference, we encourage you to step forward. Your involvement will be instrumental in ensuring the conference runs smoothly and achieves its goals. Let's work together to make this Heartland Regional Conference the best one yet! Please respond by February 14, 2025. Scan the QR code to volunteer. ? Conference – Ensures that all aspects of the conference are well-coordinated, including meeting with committee chairs and co-chairs, provides a top-level view of how the conference is organized and makes major decisions related to the conference. Awards - Plan all awards, including coordinating submissions, judging, and awards ceremony. Registration - Responsible for registration before and during the event, and other items related to registration. Volunteers – Coordinating all volunteers for room monitors, set up, registration desk, etc. Exhibitors - Reach out to companies to ask if they would like to be exhibitors. Finance?– Responsible for keeping the conference on budget, including working with registration, sponsorship, etc. Sponsorship?– Reach out to companies to ask for conference sponsors. Programs?– Plan all the breakout sessions: Review submittals and select speakers to curate diverse perspectives and high-quality content. Communications?– Responsible for all things marketing: email blasts, social media, video creation, signage, etc. Special Events?– Plan all the social events around the conference:?Wednesday Night Welcome, Thursday Night Social, and Dine Around. Volunteering as a chair or co-chair of the Heartland Regional Conference) is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your leadership experience, expand your network, and make a significant impact. This role will allow you to connect with a diverse group of professionals, fostering relationships that can lead to new opportunities and collaborations. By taking on this responsibility, you will not only enhance your own professional growth but also help make HRC more impactful for all participants, creating a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.
