NOVEMBER PERK | SERC Each year, participating SMPS chapters located in the Southeast sponsor and organize the Southeastern Regional Conference (SERC), a regional marketing and business development conference. The goal of this annual event is to bring together A/E/C professionals for three days of learning and networking in one of the participating Chapter’s city. The conference is planned by a rotating team of SMPS members who volunteer their time and energy to create opportunities for learning and networking. In 2025, SERC is heading to the Sunshine State! Suzanne, Director of Marketing & Growth at Optima Engineering, has been a vital part of our community, bringing 24 years of experience in Marketing within Commercial Real Estate and Development. Originally from California, she now calls Fuquay-Varina home and has been with us for 15 years.
