This past weekend was one for the books at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC)! Not only did we cheer on the Bears at the Homecoming football game, but we celebrated the groundbreaking milestone of the new College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM) with the university and our design-build partners at Adolfson & Peterson Construction and associate architects Dekker. This 111,000-gsf project in Greeley, Colorado is a game-changer for UNC, marking a new chapter in its commitment to advancing medical #education and community #health. Our team is proud to lead the design and construction of this state-of-the-art medical education graduate program, as it will train students to become Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, increase the supply of primary care physicians in the state, leverage synergies among the existing Health Sciences programs at UNC, and improve the overall health of the surrounding communities, especially in rural areas.
