Thank you to my fellow classmates and graduates of Leadership Louisiana Class of 2024. I am so honored to have had the opportunity to spend the last year with this group of amazing people. As a small business owner, I wasn’t sure why I should participate in a program like this. It became clear very early in the program how important small business are to the State of Louisiana. Small businesses have BIG impact on our state and more importantly our local communities. The only way to create change is to do the work. I expect great things out of our class and cannot wait to be a part of leading Louisiana!!

Another training in the books! What a great group with amazing conversations. When guys say… “ this is the best training I’ve ever been to… I learned so much” . It just warms my heart. Working weekends, long days with energy and focus is hard! But these comments make it ALL worth it. I can go to bed every night knowing I made a difference. What difference are you making in other peoples lives? Don’t pass up the opportunity. We all have things to offer. Love working with the group from Smith-Mason!
