Today we are excited to celebrate Corey. Last April, a pretty busy month (LOL), Riverbend became our 5th facility and Corey led the transition with flawless precision. We are grateful to have him on our team and excited to celebrate him today! CONGRATULATIONS COREY!

What an exciting week we are having! The days are getting longer, the sun is beginning to shine, our plants are looking fabulous AND we are celebrating someone making it all happen! Assistant Head Grower Lauren brings with her a passion for growing plants, sharing her knowledge, and teaching the next generation about Horticulture to the next level!! Lauren, you are a true definition of the SGI value, PASSION, and we are beyond grateful to you have on the team!!!

Today we are excited to celebrate Egda! We could not be prouder to have someone like her in our corner. Egda's dedication to fostering the growth and potential of our team members is truly, unmatched. Thank you Egda, for everything you do to help us grow!

Tis the season to celebrate..... Our team members! Today we are high-fiving Connie!! She is this week's VALUES IN ACTION recipient. Connie is the reason our flowers look incredible at the store. She has a plan for everything! Literally. Connie developed a daily Cadence Plan that lays out a step by step execution of merchandising our plants at the retail level. It has streamlined a complicated and detailed process creating a clear path for her team to accomplish. It is truly remarkable. Connie you are the definition of the SGI value of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT! Thank you for all that you do!

Today we are excited to celebrate someone who has been a part of the SGI team for many years. Lisa exemplifies our value of Stewardship in her critical work of reviewing company-wide payroll. She is the reason we all are paid on time and accurately! It is a detailed task that she handles seamlessly. Thank you Lisa for all that you do!
